My name is Nathaniel Lange and I'm a 25 year old ex-academic philosopher based in Shanghai, China. So far, my only full-time occupation has wandering around the globe on the cheap. I'm also an aspiring writer. My current project is writing a book tentatively titled "From Singapore to Shanghai by Land" which focuses on, you guessed it, getting from Singapore to Shanghai by land. It's focused on backpackers making this journey on $15USD (or less) per day. I hope to cover the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Burma (Myanmar), and China.
